Made-to-Order / No Cancellations. Your purchase immediately triggers fabrication of your specific numbered pair. Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or transferred once placed.
All Sales Final. H.A.S.H. JEANS does not accept returns or exchanges on any Black Label Limited Edition item. Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order, and numbered nature of each pair, all sales are final with no exceptions.
Serial Assignment. Serials are assigned sequentially in the order payments are received and confirmed. Your serial number will be included in your confirmation email. Serial numbers 1–500 are personally signed by the founder.
Production & Shipping. Estimated fulfillment is 6–8 weeks from the date of purchase. Shipping timelines may vary. You will be notified by email when your pair ships with full tracking information.
Defects & Quality. H.A.S.H. JEANS stands behind the quality of every pair. In the rare event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will work with you directly to make it right. Defect claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
